    Returns & Exchanges

    Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we strive to have you completely satisfied with your order! If your merchandise is eligible for return, we have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free process.

    Returnable Products & Refunds

    Please note that some items are not eligible for return and/or exchange. Please check with our sales department to see if your items qualify before purchasing. Products that qualify, can be returned if customer service is notified within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase and if the below criteria is met.

    All items eligible for return require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. Please e-mail info@codyshome.com to obtain an RMA. Please do not take further action until your return has been approved and you are supplied with an RMA number. Any returns and/or shipments sent to us without a proper RMA number will be refused and any associated fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

    All returned items eligible for return or exchange must be returned in "new" condition in the original packaging complete with any accessories or manual originally sent with the product. Products that have been installed, assembled or altered are not eligible for return. Additional fees will apply if not returned in original packaging or if items are missing. To be considered for a refund, Cody's Home + Gift must fully inspect the product once it has been received.

    Once the product has been inspected and above criteria is met, you will be refunded in full, less the following fee deductions:

    Any original outbound shipping fees paid by Cody's Home + Gift
    Any return shipping fees paid by Cody's Home + Gift
    Any applicable restocking fees ranging from 1% to 2.5% of the purchase price.

    All refunds will be made through the original form of payment and may take 1 - 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

    Custom & Special Orders
    If a product is listed as a custom or special order, this item is a non-refundable, non-returnable product.

    Shipping Damages & Damaged Merchandise
    All claims for shipping or manufacturing damages or defects must be received within two (2) days of delivery. We do not accept damage claims after the second day. We strongly suggest that all items be inspected immediately upon arrival and make any notations on the Bill of Lading (delivery receipt) before the carrier leaves.

    Defective Products or Missing Pieces
    If a product is delivered defective or missing pieces, please notify Cody's Home + Gift within 15 calendars from receiving your order. We will happily work with you to get you any missing or replacement parts through the manufacturer and honor any manufacturer warranty.

    Order Cancellations
    If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of your order being placed. After this time frame, standard return policies will apply.
